The Fashionable Women of the World
Have you ever heard the phrase, "That's so (fill in the blank with a location, town, city)". I certainly have! In college I lived with three fab New Yorkers who loved to tell me what I had put on "was so Florida." I am a fan of shorts, skirts, and short skirts and I am also not shy around heels. Maybe that does make me Florida Fabulous :)
I would have to agree that cities, and regions have their own sartorial outlook, and a style that you see repeated among the women (and men) on the streets. Nearly a year ago, the Californian Global Language Monitor Company devised a list of the Ten Most Fashionable Cities in the World, and some of the winners definitely surprised me.
Their Top 10 included: 1) New York, 2) Roma, 3) Paris, 4) London, 5) Milan, 6) Tokyo, 7) Los Angeles, 8) Hong Kong, 9) Las Vegas, 10) Singapore
These cities' trends and styles couldn't be more varied, eclectic and fun!
